in vitro experiments were conducted. tube3 shows fluorescence before incubation without ITPG. On the other hand, in tube3-1 at 150 min after the addition of IPTG, the activity of gfp was decreased. Therefore, it is thought that the activity of gfp is regulated by the addition of IPTG. When IPTG is added, EdcR is purified by PET-T7-edcR. This result suggests that the suppression of gfp is caused by the generation of EdcR.
